The brief: Create a graphical reminder for customers who have signed up for a 12-month interest-free credit account. The primary requirement is to help customers track their 12-month journey from account opening to the expiry deadline ensuring they stay informed and avoid unexpected interest charges.

Phase 01: Initial Concepts
The marketing team provided the three diagrams (left image) that outlined the 12 month account progress. I used AI to generate some structural layout ideas from the initial diagrams (right image). Through generating AI ideas I was able to consider ways to simplify the general view for a better customer experience.


Phase 02: Design Alignment
I developed 4 high-fidelity variations for stakeholder review. These designs focused on ensuring the visual hierarchy and simple communication was clean and punchy. This stage allowed the marketing and legal teams to select the most effective layout.

Phase 03: The Final Solution
The final outcome was a set of 12 optimised web png files ready to drop into campaign emails across several months. These variations are adapted based on the age of the credit balance: Month 1 (The Gentle Nudge), Month 2 (The Helpful Reminder), and Month 3 (The Final Call). By integrating these reminders into the footer of standard marketing campaigns, we reduced notification fatigue while maintaining a consistent touchpoint for credit recovery.
